Description
Houston Field Role
Trudo Home Buyers is a fast-growing Houston real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners. We're hiring an experienced outside sales closer to run in-person seller appointments across Greater Houston and turn them into signed, closeable purchase contracts.
This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who has already proven they can sit across a kitchen table, earn trust, talk about money, and ask for the signature. Real estate acquisitions experience is a plus. A track record of closing in-home sales is just as valuable, because we teach the real estate side: comps, offer pricing, and contracts.
You won't knock doors or chase cold leads. Our Lead Manager qualifies motivated sellers and books your appointments. Your job is to show up sharp, solve the seller's problem, and close.
Responsibilities
• Run [8-12] in-person seller appointments per week across the Greater Houston area.
• Walk properties and assess condition, take photos, and uncover the seller's motivation, timeline, and financial situation.
• Build offers with acquisitions leadership using our pricing and underwriting process.
• Present offers, handle objections, and secure signed purchase agreements.
• Follow up consistently with sellers who don't sign on the first visit. Much of this business closes on follow-up.
• Keep every lead, appointment, offer, and contract accurately updated in REsimpli, our CRM.
• Hand signed deals to our Transaction Coordinator and Dispositions team and stay involved through closing.
• Take part in weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and role-play training.
Qualifications
• Required: 2+ years in outside or in-home sales, or in real estate acquisitions, with documented results. Expect us to ask for your numbers.
• Strongly preferred: Experience in roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, home security, insurance, or real estate investing.
• Comfortable talking about money, negotiating price, and handling emotional situations with empathy.
• Self-managed. You follow up without being reminded.
• Organized and disciplined about CRM work.
• Coachable, even when you're already good.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to drive throughout Greater Houston.
• Texas real estate license is a plus, not required.
