Senior Accountant responsible for revenue and receivables. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of our accounting operations. It combines technical accounting expertise with analytical problem-solving to deliver meaningful financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements across our global business. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data to improve financial performance and operational excellence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze accounts receivable and related revenue activity across domestic and international business segments to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses for receivable and customer deposit accounts
  • Develop financial models and perform recurring and ad hoc analyses that provide insights into transaction processing, operating expenses, and business performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements that improve scalability, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting principles
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing comprehensive documentation and clearly communicating accounting methodologies and results
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance reporting, and increase operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot escalations with a solutions-oriented mindset while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 + years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a related finance function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets preferred
  • Experience with SQL and business intelligence or analytics platforms such as Oracle Analytics, MicroStrategy, Monarch, Microsoft Access, or similar tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of credit card processing, merchant services, or payment operations is preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across technical, operational, and business teams
  • A continuous improvement mindset, demonstrating adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to challenge existing processes to drive better outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer.
