Responsibilities include:
- Preparing complex business and individual tax returns
- Performing accounting and bookkeeping services for firm clients
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Assisting with tax planning and client consulting projects
- Communicating with clients and responding to tax notices
- Supporting managers and partners on engagements and deadlines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Public accounting experience, preferably with a CPA firm
- Strong tax preparation and general accounting skills
- A CPA license or active progress toward licensure preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Proficiency with tax and accounting software
