Senior Accountant
What You'll Do
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial operations and business objectives by:
• Managing assigned accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Monitoring and analyzing general ledger activity to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Preparing and reviewing internal and external financial reports
• Serving as a financial resource and trusted advisor to departmental leaders
• Responding to financial and operational inquiries with timely, insightful analysis and recommendations
• Supporting leadership with special projects, strategic initiatives, and financial analyses
• Coordinating and managing finance-related projects as assigned
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
• Mentoring and serving as a resource to members of the Finance team

Qualifications
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration with an Accounting major, or equivalent education and experience
Preferred Education
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Required Experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience
Preferred Experience
• Healthcare accounting experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Experience using financial systems, accounting software, and other business applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
