Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Monitor project costs and help analyze job profitability. Work closely with project managers to track project expenses and budgets.
- Participate in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes including sales of construction materials.
- Assist in cash flow management and financial recordkeeping
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Perform financial analysis and provide administrative support to the CFO
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (an ERP) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
Previous construction and ESOP accounting experience is a plus but not required.
