You9ll work directly with clients, manage complex tax engagements, provide planning and advisory support, and play an important role in the continued growth of our Detroit Lakes location.
What We9re Looking For- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience preferred
- Strong experience with individual and business taxation, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, individuals, and trusts/estates
- Ability to prepare and review complex tax returns
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and deadlines
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax compliance and planning
- Ability to research complex tax matters and communicate recommendations clearly
- Strong client relationship skills and an advisory mindset
- Ability to communicate directly and confidently with clients
- Interest in mentoring and supporting developing professionals
- UltraTax CS experience preferred
