Coordinate with clients, accountants, tax professionals, financial advisors, and other outside professionals as needed.
Respond to client requests and proactively follow up on outstanding financial matters.
Assist with gathering and organizing information needed for tax preparation, accounting, and financial planning.
Identify unusual transactions, upcoming cash needs, or other matters requiring client or management attention.
Maintain appropriate confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
Help improve internal processes and workflows to make client service more efficient and consistent.
Participate in the firm's ongoing adoption of AI, automation, and technology tools designed to reduce repetitive work in your area.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management, and accounting, or bookkeeping, financial administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
Experience performing month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Experience managing bill payments, budgets, cash flow, and client financial records.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and outside professionals.
Sound professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new financial and practice-management software.
Thrives in a technology-driven, largely paperless work environment and readily embraces new systems and tools.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entertainment-industry clients, family offices, or professional-services firms preferred.
Accounting or bookkeeping experience within a CPA firm is a plus.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone clients can rely on to keep things moving and keep things organized. The right person will be proactive rather than simply waiting for instructions, comfortable identifying issues before they become problems, and capable of developing strong professional relationships with clients.
