About the Role:

The Senior Account Manager role is pivotal in strengthening and expanding Priority Technology Holdings' relationships with our existing Priority Payables customers and partners, particularly our working capital tool, Plastiq. You'll be responsible for ensuring their smooth onboarding, continued success and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic and trusted onboarding rep and advisor, driving results for a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients.
  • Understand clients' executive priorities and identify opportunities where Priority's products and services can deliver incremental value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure successful deployments lead to sustained customer value.
  • Analyze, monitor, and interpret account performance.
  • Improve internal business processes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Share external feedback with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to inform product development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and develop a deep understanding of Payables customers and competitors.
  • Provide content and thought leadership to support sales and close deals.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in Salesforce (within 1-2 business days) for all customer communications (emails, calls, texts).
  • Represent Priority at industry events.

Candidate Requirements:

Required:

  • 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Operations, Consulting, or a related field, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of treasury and financial operations.
  • Strong business acumen to assess client needs and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills.
  • Proactive in improving existing tools and processes, and skilled at solving complex problems requiring executive-level thinking.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.


Preferred:
  • Experience with complex technologies; payments/Fintech experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Undergraduate Degree.

Compensation range: $115K-$145K + Commission plan
