WHAT TO EXPECT:We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Phiture's client services team and take ownership of a high-profile portfolio of enterprise US clients. Become the person our clients call when they need to think something through, not just get a status update. Day-to-day, you'll get deep into ASO and other Growth deliverables, lead quarterly contract conversations, navigate complex corporate structures, and bring a consultative lens to client roadmapping. East Coast location preferred for time zone alignment with our European teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Be the first call. Build the kind of trust with clients and internal teams that makes you the go-to person when something needs thinking through, not just reporting out.
- Own the accounts. Manage a portfolio of 3-4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to renewals.
- Get into the weeds. Run status meetings, manage scopes, chase down the details, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic consultant. Facilitate roadmap development, push back when needed, and help clients think beyond the immediate brief.
- Navigate complexity. Work confidently with large corporate organizations, manage multiple internal stakeholders, and keep projects moving without losing anyone along the way.
- Scope and price new work. Identify growth opportunities within your accounts and help build proposals alongside the delivery team.
- Represent Phiture at the table. You'll have real face time with senior leaders at some of the biggest names in tech and entertainment. Come prepared.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- 5+ years of experience in account management or project management, ideally in a marketing or creative agency setting
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level clients and navigate large corporate organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management and negotiation skills, including experience handling contract reworks or commercial conversations
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies - you don't need to be an ASO expert on day one, but you need to understand the business context your clients are operating in
- A consultative mindset: calm, inquisitive, and able to ask the right questions rather than just deliver polished answers
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English - with US-based clients and a European delivery team, clarity is everything
Nice to have:- Existing knowledge of ASO, app marketing, or mobile growth
- Experience with business development or scoping new client work
- Comfort with client-facing presentations at a senior level
Pay: $100,000 - $135,000 OTE per year (base salary + company performance bonus). Compensation within this range varies based on location and experience.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:- Ultimate Remote Flexibility - Skip the commute. This role is fully remote and open to candidates across the US, with a preference for those based in California due to client proximity. Occasional travel for client visits and team meetups is part of the deal.
- Generous Time Off - 26 days PTO annually (on top of all U.S. national holidays), ensuring you have ample time to recharge, travel, and live your best life.
- Outstanding Health Coverage - Premium health insurance through Cigna (medical) and Guardian (dental & vision), fully covered (100%) for you, with optional family coverage available.
- Parental Leave You Can Count On - 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave after your first year, plus an additional 4 weeks of unpaid leave available on request.
- Financial Rewards and Stability - Competitive 401(k) with 100% matching on your first 3%, and 50% on the next 2%, plus quarterly bonus opportunities tied to our shared success.
- Mental Wellness Support - Free, confidential access to licensed therapists via Oliva, putting your mental health first.
- Personal Development Investment - Yearly €1,000 personal growth budget plus 10 dedicated learning hours per month, empowering your professional and personal ambitions.
- Flexible Working Hours - Autonomy to shape your workday around your lifestyle and productivity.
- Global Team Connection - Regular team events and an annual all-expenses-paid company offsite in Europe.
- Career Advancement Clarity - Tailored career roadmap and continuous personal development plan to fuel your growth.
- Home Office Allowance - Monthly remote-work allowance to enhance your workspace or cover internet expenses.
- Top-notch Gear from Day One - Onboarding kit with branded Phiture gear and your own MacBook.
- Thoughtful Celebrations - Responsibly sourced birthday, anniversary, and seasonal gifts, because milestones matter.
