This role supports the Brand Content Operations team by serving as the primary operational liaison between client teams, agency partners, and internal developers to standardize content workflows, enforce quality control, manage taxonomy and DAM uploads, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
  • Lead media trafficking operations by reviewing and prioritizing high-volume requests from agency partners, ensuring accurate trafficking to Smartsheet, timely communication of status updates, and seamless QA coordination with partner teams.
  • Oversee presentation preparation and quality control (QC), including building internal tracking tools ("pep trackers"), validating slide identification numbers, prepping charts for file names and links, and ensuring visual cohesion across high-visibility decks.
  • Own end-to-end folder and file management, establishing scalable internal and delivery folder structures, performing advanced file QC against sources of truth, enforcing taxonomy and naming conventions, and overseeing uploads to SharePoint, YouTube, and client DAM platforms.
  • Direct CRM campaign operations by validating approved creative briefs, copy, and Figma assets; creating Creative Request Forms (CRFs); generating Jira tickets; and ensuring cross-channel consistency across Email, Push Notifications, Content Cards, In-App Messages, and SMS.
  • Lead digital asset management (DAM) and website operations, including advanced metadata strategy, sourcing assets for complex website wireframes, managing DAM uploads, syndicating ratings/reviews via BazaarVoice, and auditing brand YouTube channels for performance and compliance.
  • Spearhead process improvements by identifying operational gaps, designing new workflows, documenting SOPs, and leading adoption across internal teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders.
  • Drive workflow automation in partnership with internal developers, improving speed, accuracy, and scalability across trafficking, QC, DAM, and CRM operations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex trafficking issues, DAM discrepancies, metadata conflicts, CRM blockers, and high-stakes delivery challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions with agency partners, client teams, and developers to resolve operational challenges, align on workflow enhancements, and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Ensure operational readiness for major content releases, coordinating timelines, QA cycles, asset delivery, and cross-team alignment for high-visibility initiatives.
  • Audit and optimize DAM structures, improving searchability, governance, version control, and lifecycle management across enterprise-level content ecosystems.
  • Validate cross-channel CRM accuracy, ensuring correct copy, assets, links, metadata, and brand compliance before deployment.
  • Mentor and train Account Executives and junior teammates, reviewing work for accuracy, coaching on trafficking, QC, DAM governance, and CRM workflows, and elevating team-wide operational excellence.
  • Manage higher-volume and higher-visibility workstreams, ensuring flawless execution and proactive risk mitigation across enterprise client accounts.
  • Champion asset governance and taxonomy compliance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards across all content lifecycles.
