As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and ongoing management of significant new client programs. This role serves as the primary relationship owner and strategic coordinator between external clients and internal teams, ensuring successful program launches, operational excellence, and long-term client satisfaction. You will act as the central point of coordination across operations, IT, marketing, actuarial, and service teams while helping drive measurable client outcomes.
What Will Be My Duties and Responsibilities in This Job?- Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs and escalations.
- Coordinate implementation activities and ensure readiness for new client program launches.
- Lead project execution, requirements tracking, issue resolution, and ongoing program management.
- Present program results, recommendations, and business updates to client and corporate stakeholders.
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other client-facing meetings.
- Partner with operations, IT, marketing, actuarial, service, and other internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely communication and resolution of business-critical issues.
What Are the Requirements Needed for This Position?- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, client success, program management, or a related client-facing role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience interacting with mid-to-large clients.
- Proven client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven project management and execution experience.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and business results.
- Financial acumen and ability to discuss performance data with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple functions in a complex business environment.
- Ability to thrive in implementation-focused environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
What Other Skills/Experience Would Be Helpful to Have?- Experience within the appliance industry.
- Background with OEM, warranty, service contract, protection-plan, or client service organizations.
- Experience supporting large-scale client implementations or program launches.
- Experience leading executive-level presentations and strategic business reviews.
