As our data center business continues to grow, we're looking for a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in leading self-perform construction operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of building one of the nation's most exciting and rapidly expanding markets while helping shape the future of Boldt's data center construction program.

In this position, you'll lead field operations for large-scale mission-critical projects with a heavy focus on self-performed concrete and structural steel work. You'll work alongside experienced project teams, craft professionals, and trade partners to safely deliver projects that demand precision, quality, and schedule certainty. Success in this role requires strong leadership, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to coordinate multiple scopes in an ever-changing construction environment.

What You Bring
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups is essential. • Proven experience leading field operations on large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, power, or data center construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and productivity management.
  • Experience overseeing structural steel erection activities and coordinating complex trade interfaces.
  • Demonstrated leadership of self-perform construction crews.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, construction planning, site logistics, and safety management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with craft professionals, project teams, owners, and trade partners.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and team development.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project locations nationwide.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually

The target hiring range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
