Description Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT) - Preschool
E&D Children Center currently has openings for
Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT) positions in our CPSE program. We are looking to hire dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic independent professionals. Services are provided in schools, in home, and community-based settings.
As a SEIT, you will.. - Plan and provide therapy to children ages 3 to 5 years
- Collaborate with the family and a multi-disciplinary team to develop goals and outcomes for children
- Educate family members on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement
- Maintain proper documentation to comply with state and city regulations
- Conduct necessary evaluations and write comprehensive reports complying with district standards
- Many opportunities for training, support and supervision
- Potential to create your own, flexible schedule
Salary: $70-$80 Hourly
