Coordinate with General Contractor, Owner's Rep, and trade partners to align installation activities with project schedule and milestones.
Ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and applicable codes/standards.
Monitor installation progress, conduct daily walkdowns, and identify/resolve field issues.
Oversee quality assurance and control processes, ensuring testing, inspections, and turnover packages are completed accurately.
Support commissioning and turnover of security/telecom systems.
Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring all subcontractors adhere to site safety requirements and protocols.
Report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to project leadership.
Review submittals, RFI responses, and redline drawings to confirm constructability.
Support integration of telecom/security systems with mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure.
