What will I be doing? Using your expertise in security program management, you will be supporting overall management and oversight of activities performed by Contractor personnel for the security program, supporting analytical, technical, administrative, and security services to enhance the operational effectiveness of the customer's directorates. In addition, you will:
- Facilitate Government and Contractor communications
- Use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, and ensure all tasks are accomplished IAW performance requirements
- Be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor's performance
- Assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the performance requirements excluding inherently Governmental functions
- Have the authority to make decisions for the Contractor's organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments
- Be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues
- Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Active Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
- Have 3 years of experience within the last 10 years managing a Security program of similar size and complexity
