Serve as a vital security authority defending our nation's most sensitive defense programs. In this mission-critical role, you will protect high-value operational enclaves from espionage, terrorism, and unauthorized disclosures by administering comprehensive security programs across Collateral, Special Access Program (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments.
What you will accomplished:
- Frontline National Security Defense: Stand as the first line of defense against espionage and modern security threats, safeguarding critical technologies and vital defense data.
- Full-Spectrum Security Portfolio: Expand your expertise across the entire defense security spectrum-including Physical, Personnel, Industrial, Information, Operational (OPSEC), and Communications Security (COMSEC).
- High-Visibility Security Leadership: Play an active, hands-on role on the Security Management Team, driving clearance management, incident investigations, and specialized training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Security Administration: Execute and enforce comprehensive security directives to ensure the protection and operational integrity of Collateral, SAP, and SCI environments.
- Counter-Threat Operations: Defend the organization against espionage, terrorism, sabotage, and the compromise of mission-vital information.
- Personnel & Clearance Operations: Centrally manage personnel clearance processing, conduct mandatory security briefings/training, and oversee security incident investigations and reporting.
- Multidisciplinary Security Integration: Coordinate and support Physical Security, Force Protection, Antiterrorism, Industrial Security, and OPSEC protocols across all organizational workspaces.
If you are:
- A vigilant security professional with hands-on experience administering programs within Collateral, SAP, or SCI environments.
- A knowledgeable defender well-versed in DoD/Air Force security manuals, clearance management systems, and physical/information security controls.
- A decisive communicator and investigator skilled in delivering high-impact security training, managing incident reports, and advising leadership on risk mitigation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.
- May be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments
- Designated as a National Security Position
- Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise
- Designated drug testing position. The employee is subject to random drug testing.
- "Department of Defense Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) conferral is required within 2 years of the established employee EOD or initial assignment date to this position in accordance with DOD 3305.13-M, DoD Security Accreditation and Certification and AFI 36-2645, Security Professional Certification and Development. The listed certification requirements may not be deleted or modified without the written approval of the AF Security Functional Authority (SAF/AA) or their delegated security career field representative."
Recruitment Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
1. Extensive knowledge of information, personnel, physical, industrial, communications and operations security concepts, principles, and practices to plan and implement security in these areas.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of required security training concepts, programs, procedures, and practices to assist managers in establishing and operating internal security programs.
3. Skill in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the organization
4. Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.
