2-4 years of experience in commercial access/IP video/CCTV equipment
Solid understanding of access control and surveillance systems
Familiarity with tools such as Genetec, Lenel, S2, Milestone, Software House, Exacq, and DSX
D-License preferred for enhanced credibility
Functional ability to evaluate and recommend solutions for service problems
Valid Driver's License in good standing required

What you’ll do:
Use your skills to perform equipment troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance for access control, IP Video Surveillance/CCTV, intrusion detection and PC based systems
Maintain documentation of services provided as well as site back-ups and documentation
Build customer confidence by resolving concerns/answering questions
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests
Who you are:

Salary Range: $90K - $110K+ based on experience
