Full Job Description
SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative Sr to serve as a Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) by performing security duties for the F-22 Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day security operations including but not limited to: executing DD Form 254 requirements; conducting indoctrination briefings and debriefings; developing and implementing standard operating procedures; manage physical security policy and procedures for SAPF accreditation and prepare Fixed Facility checklist IAW ICD 705; support contingency planning during emergencies; maintain facility records, access control and badge issue/accountability; works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations; perform and document alarm response/testing of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS); perform self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections; assist in security investigations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken; handling and storage of classified documents and electronic media; provide assistance with file plans and documentation maintenance in classified containers; provide training as needed; and escort un-cleared personnel within classified areas. MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that will require special access. Basic Qualifications • Extensive knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual, and Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) • Must possess a Final Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years, and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Desired Skills • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college • Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs) • Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
