Standard Job DescriptionTHE WORKThis position will support both the Stratford and Bridgeport, CT locations. The successful and experienced candidate for this position will support multiple programs, enforcing DoDM5205.07 and ICD-705 requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: personnel and physical security management, media and document control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness and self-inspections, security education, and other duties as assigned. This is a first shift position, but may occassionally require work to be extended or modified to meet mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications- Final Secret security clearance, current within five (5) years, ability to obtain TS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
- Familiar with working in classified environments and/or with classified materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates
Desired Skills- Experience working in an industrial security position and/or SAPs
- Familiarity with the 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM5205.07, and ICD-705
- Prior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. This position is considered experienced, but still a learner.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
