Security Operations SpecialistSalary range: 110,000.00 - 130,000.00 USDThe Role & Key ResponsibilitiesTHE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedCloud Security Engineer to join our team. As part of the Security OperationsSpecialist team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our Azurecloud environment and associated Microsoft services, including Microsoft 365,and other security tools. You will play a key role in protecting our globalorganization's digital assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and manage security measures for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Perform security revalidation for cloud resources
- Collaborate with diverse teams to define and enforce robust cloud security policies
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve security operations efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate security standards
- Provide expertise in securing cloud network by defining robust security policies, monitoring access, and ensuring compliance
- Provide expertise in identity and access management (IAM) within Azure AD and related services
- Stay updated on emerging cloud security threats and best practices
- Maintaining system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
- Identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions and improvements
- Securing systems by establishing and enforcing policies
- Fulfilling ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Company
- Contributing to the definition and implementation of project best practices and quality processes
- Participation in the On-Call rotation
LOCATION
- Full Time, Hybrid Position to be filled in Warren, NJ
- Candidate MUST be able to reliably commute daily
- Availability for travel may be required after gaining sufficient knowledge

Qualifications and Experience- More than 2 years of experience in Security Operations areas
- Knowledge and experience in Azure and Microsoft security tools
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, KQL)
- Network experience
- Azure AD Privileged Identity management
- Security configuration in Azure Cloud
- Conditional access policies management
- Network security groups management
- Whitelist management (Proxy, EDR, ...)
- Defender for Endpoints/Identity Management
- Azure application permission
- Linux experience: preferred, but not mandatory (a plus)
- Phishing simulation campaign
- Password management solutions
- Technical knowledge of Zero Trust Model
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Outstanding customer service skills
