Security Manager to lead our integrated IT and OT security initiatives. This fully

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee both IT and OT security environments, ensuring comprehensive protection across industrial control systems and critical infrastructure
- Lead risk assessment initiatives and develop security frameworks aligned with industry standards like NIST and ISA/IEC 62443
- Oversee incident response planning and execution for both IT and OT environments
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure security measures don't impact operational efficiency
- Manage 24/7 security monitoring operations and incident response teams
- Develop and implement security awareness training programs
REQUIREMENTS:- Deep understanding of OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems
- Experience with security monitoring platforms and threat detection systems
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and security frameworks
- Expertise in integrating IT and OT security practices
- Experience with vendor management and third-party security assessments Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with Arctic Wolf security integration and Juniper Networks security solutions
- Experience with quantum encryption technologies and advanced security infrastructure
- Understanding of zero-trust security implementation
