OverviewAsThe Security Administration Team Lead, you will provide senior leadership for security administration support functions, including personnel security-related administrative actions, visitor control, badging and onboarding support, access documentation, records management, and related security program coordination.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day security administration support and coordinate team workload, priorities, and quality of execution.
- Support visitor control, visit requests, badging, CAC-related coordination, onboarding actions, and security records administration.
- Coordinate administrative support for personnel security processing, access requests, indoctrinations, debriefings, and related actions as required.
- Assist with security education, awareness, reporting, and administrative support for incidents, waivers, and accreditations when applicable.
- Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and coordination across supported security administration processes.
Qualifications
- Master27s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor27s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
- Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
- Security certifications a plus
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
