We are looking for December 2026 and May 2027 graduates who are highly interested in launching a career in sales and want to be part of a powerful and unique experience.

As a candidate in the Sales Development Program, you will build expertise in Schneider Electric Secure Power offers, including APC (American Power Conversion), while sharpening your professional sales skills. Secure Power serves customers who rely on always-on technology-such as IT networks, server rooms, distributed edge sites, and data centers-by helping them protect equipment, manage power and cooling, and maintain resilient operations. The multi-rotation sales and professional development program is housed in the Schneider Electric Hub in Nashville, TN, and includes technical product, customer interaction, and sales execution training. This role will interact with customers to research, design, and recommend Schneider Electric solutions and programs.

The program starts with 6 weeks of interactive training, followed by 18 month inside sales rotation, in Nashville, Tennessee. These rotations include on-the-job experience with direct customer & partner interactions across a variety of industries and continuous learning opportunities, all to provide the tools and skills to launch your career within Schneider Electric.

  • You are a recent graduate with a Sales, Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other related degree/certification. Must be available to start in January 2027 or July 2027.

  • You communicate effectively and have a passion for sales
  • Are mobile and willing to relocate for both the program duration and post-program role assignment

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 74,400 - USD 111,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
