Brecksville, OH!As our
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will
design and analyze moderately complex mechanical systems, equipment and products. You will conduct
feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs. You will direct support personnel in the preparation of
detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication. You will be responsible for c
ompleting verification of prototypes and validation of manufactured products, as well as,
producing technical documentation of analysis and results to establish sustainable records.
Location:Brecksville, OH - OnsiteSalary: $ 86,100.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Your Challenge:
- Ability to modify existing and create new products to meet needs of customers applications and industry standards. Assures design performance by developing test protocols and overseeing lab testing.
- Designs and conducts experiments, collects data and interprets results, conducts analysis and writes analysis and test reports. Capability to draw conclusions and reconcile differences between predicted and actual results.

- Assures documentation and analysis required to establish intellectual property rights. Files innovation disclosures and patent applications.
- Develops expertise in assign product lines and assures all marketing materials are technically accurate in representing product capabilities and expected performance.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Analysis (i.e. Minitab), Disciplined Problem Solvine (DPS), 3-D CAD systems.
- Computational modeling CFD/FEA, Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Ability to create and iterate designs, validate performance, and perform design reviews.
- Capable of coordinating multiple project responsibilities.
- Must be a team player, have effective communication skills, and the ability manage projects.
- Experience designing and testing pressure relief valves developed for high pressure steam applications.
- Working knowledge of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes (Section I and VII) and National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspections (NBIC).
