SECOND-IN-COMMANDDo you believe strong leadership means caring deeply about people while still holding them accountable to meaningful results? Are you energized by bringing structure to complexity, solving problems others struggle to untangle, and building processes that help great people perform at their best? If you are a driven, people-centered leader who knows how to turn challenges into progress, we want to talk to you!
Our ideal Second-in-Command is:
- A strong leader - You bring people together around shared goals and create an environment where expectations are clear and accountability is embraced. You coach, develop, and challenge others to become stronger leaders themselves.
- Process oriented - You see opportunities to create clarity, consistency, and efficiency. You build and improve processes that support growth without losing sight of the people those processes are designed to serve.
- Results-oriented - You translate goals into measurable outcomes and take ownership of achieving them. You monitor performance, identify when something is off track, and act decisively to improve results.
- A driver - You create momentum and keep priorities moving forward. When distractions and day-to-day noise threaten progress, you help the organization stay focused on its goals and follow through on what matters most.
- A problem solver - You don't stop at the surface of a problem. You dig deeper to understand whether the real issue is people, process, or tools, then develop practical solutions that move the organization forward.
- Empathetic - You understand that behind every process, decision, and result are people. You listen, seek to understand different perspectives, and balance the needs of employees, clients, and families with the needs of the organization.
- Direct but respectful - You communicate clearly and candidly, even when conversations are difficult. You know accountability and empathy can coexist, allowing you to challenge people without diminishing them.
Our ideal Second-in-Command is a compassionate operator who understands that operational excellence and exceptional care should complement one another. You bring greater alignment between Level Ahead ABA's clinical and administrative teams while creating the structure, accountability, and leadership needed to support continued growth. You help develop people, strengthen processes, solve difficult problems, and keep the organization focused on achieving meaningful results without losing the culture that makes those results possible.
