Senior Linux Systems Administrator who shares our drive to push boundaries and build secure, data-driven applications that make a real difference. In this role, you will support a high-priority, highly visible malware analysis modernization program. Working within a large software development environment, you will keep mission-critical enterprise systems running flawlessly while implementing the automated infrastructure needed for next-generation cyber analysis, orchestration, and data enrichment products.
The annual base salary range for this role is $165,000-$196,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills- Core Systems Admin: Mastery of Linux system administration, architecture, and maintenance.
- Infrastructure Automation: Strong proficiency utilizing Ansible for configuration management and automated provisioning.
- Troubleshooting: Extensive, proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure and environment bottlenecks.
- Virtualization & Orchestration: Direct experience deploying and managing environments using VMware and Kubernetes container orchestration.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, paired with relevant full-lifecycle software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on professional experience) PLUS
7+ years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR
High School Diploma / GED, PLUS
11+ years of specialized technical experience in lieu of a degree.
Desired Skills- Storage Management: Experience administering enterprise storage arrays, with a strong preference for PureStorage.
- Database Administration: Operational knowledge and administration of MongoDB.
- Cisco Networking: Experience architecting, deploying, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting network solutions utilizing Cisco products.
- Network Optimization: Skills in diagnosing complex connectivity issues, resolving critical network outages, and eliminating data bottlenecks.
