Identity & access: Manage AD groups, service accounts permissions, least-privilege access, and access matrix documentation.
pplication technical support: Support install/upgrade readiness activities for Agilent ECM, Chromeleon CDS, Rotronic RMS, and Waters LC/MS data flow touchpoints (or comparable platforms).
Operational readiness: Coordinate backup/restore approach, monitoring requirements, AV exceptions (as needed), patching windows, and operational runbooks for steady-state support.
Cutover & hypercare: Execute/coordinate cutover readiness checklists, smoke tests, and hypercare triage with IT and vendors; maintain issue log and drive resolution.
Ensure comprehensive technical documentation is developed and maintained throughout the SDLC for the SDMS upgrade program. This includes compiling System Design Specifications received from vendors, preparing and updating the Access Control Plan, documenting the Transition to Support process, and other required artifacts to support operational readiness and traceability.
