The opportunityAs an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager, you'll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you'll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you'll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.
We are looking for Camunda Workflow Automation Engineers who will collaborate with clients to transform business operations through process orchestration, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The team leverages Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, and Cloud technologies to modernize enterprise business processes and enable end-to-end automation.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe goal is to help clients solve complex business problems through workflow automation solutions. You will analyze business requirements, model and implement BPMN workflows, automate decision processes using DMN, integrate enterprise applications, and deliver scalable, reliable, and highly automated business solutions.
Skills and attributes for success- Deep hands-on experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, workflow orchestration, and enterprise process automation.
- Strong experience leading workflow solution design, defining process architecture, and establishing enterprise automation patterns using Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, and microservices-based architectures.
- Deliver workflow automation solutions across all phases of the project lifecycle, including process discovery, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Demonstrate strong technical capabilities in Camunda, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business processes into executable workflow solutions.
- Provide recommendations on process optimization, workflow modernization, and automation best practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
To qualify for the role you must have- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in enterprise software development with at least 4 years of hands-on Camunda implementation experience.
- Strong experience designing and delivering workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, and process orchestration.
- Experience leading the design and development of Java and Spring Boot services supporting workflow execution and business process automation.
- Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Experience defining workflow architecture, process modeling standards, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies for workflow automation solutions.
- Experience mentoring developers, conducting design reviews, and driving engineering best practices.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

- The salary range for this job is:
- New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $103,900 to $215,700
- Bay Area California offices - $108,200 to $224,700
- All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $86,600 to $197,800
- Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
