Responsibilities:- As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies
- Your day to day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team or Teams removing obstacles that hinder progress and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- You will also identify and report progress through appropriate metrics
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is required
- Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management Scrum Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices within the Agile framework to enhance team productivity and delivery quality
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze team performance metrics to proactively address challenges and optimize workflows for sustained success
- Support the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge and encouraging the adoption of Agile principles
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to align project goals and resolve dependencies ensuring smooth delivery of project objectives
Client requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 4 years of experience Agile Scrum Project Management.
