Responsibilities: The Scrum Master will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project, and perform the following duties:
- Lead Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
- Maintain ongoing development of the team and continue improvement of the development process, product quality, and quantity of work delivered.
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team.
An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Scrum Master certification.
