Full Job Description
Synergy ECP is seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our organization in a hybrid role as a SCIF Manager and IT Support Administrator for one of our prime contracts. As the SCIF Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Additionally, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance and possess a strong background in both SCIF management and IT support.

SCIF Manager:
  • Coordinate with facility management, security officers, and other stakeholders to ensure the SCIF meets all physical security requirements
  • Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and access controls to safeguard classified information
  • Maintain accurate records of access, visitor logs, and security incidents within the SCIF
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards
  • Stay updated on changes in security regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain SCIF compliance

IT Support Administrator:
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control administration
  • Conduct system upgrades and software installations as required
  • Monitor network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist in training end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices


Requirements
