Occupational Therapist (OT) | School-Based | 2026-27 School Year

Chehalis, WA | District-Wide | Full-Time

Starting Salary: $70,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience)

This is a full-time, district-wide Occupational Therapist opportunity for someone who values in-person collaboration, continuity of care, and a supportive school-based environment.

What Your Role Will Look Like
  • 1 full-time Occupational Therapist opening
  • 1.0 FTE
  • District-wide role
  • Start Date: September 1, 2026
  • Assess students' fine motor and developmental skills and identify areas requiring support
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to address functional limitations
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, functional, and school-based participation needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, school personnel, and outside professionals
  • Develop recommendations and support individualized education plans
  • Participate in meetings related to student needs, services, and functional goals
  • Complete screenings and individualized assessments as appropriate
  • Prepare documentation and maintain required records

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Eligible for or holding a valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate as a School Occupational Therapist and a valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license
