QISG is seeking Mid- and Senior-Level P6 Schedulers to support utility Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation EPC projects.
We 27re looking for schedulers with 5+ years of utility scheduling experience, specifically in T&D and/or Substation projects. This experience should be clearly reflected on your resume.
You 27ll develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules, perform critical path analysis, forecast schedule impacts, and partner closely with project teams to keep complex EPC projects on track from planning through completion.
What You 27ll Do
- Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects
- Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
- Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
- Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
- Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
- Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
What You 27ll Bring
- 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations 6 required
- Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
- Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects
- Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor 27s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
