  • Identify critical path changes, evaluate float consumption, and report schedule health to project leadership.
  • Conduct periodic schedule risk analyses and report potential delays, critical path shifts, float erosion, and resource constraints.
  • Propose mitigation strategies to client for schedule risks and emerging delays.
  • Coordinate with the EPC Contractor or Construction Manager to obtain schedule updates and incorporate relevant information into client reporting framework.
  • Maintain an Owner milestone tracker covering site access dates, Owner-furnished equipment delivery dates, client approval deadlines, and other client obligations.
  • Notify the applicable Project Director of Construction in advance of approaching milestone dates and flag milestones at risk of being missed.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Scheduler to join our team! In this role you will support clients schedule review, reporting, milestone tracking, and schedule risk analysis without directing contractor sequencing, means, methods, or resources.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Review and validate EPC Contractor or Construction Manager schedules and support clients schedule reporting.
  • Identify critical path changes, evaluate float consumption, and report schedule health to project leadership.
  • Conduct periodic schedule risk analyses and report potential delays, critical path shifts, float erosion, and resource constraints.

  • Perform all services in a staff augmentation capacity and do not develop contractor schedules or direct contractor sequencing, means, methods, or workforce.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
