About Your Role
The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for aviation capital improvement and infrastructure projects. This position supports project teams by providing schedule management, forecasting, progress tracking, and schedule performance analysis throughout all phases of project delivery. The successful candidate will have experience working on active airport projects and developing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for complex, phased construction programs.

- Primavera P6 Certification or demonstrated proficiency using Primavera P6 scheduling software
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
- Minimum five (5) years of scheduling experience on active airport projects.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
- Experience supporting complex phased construction projects in operational environments.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze schedule performance and identify critical path impacts and schedule risks.
- Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, recovery plans, and schedule narratives.
- Review contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and recovery schedules for compliance with project requirements.
- Evaluate schedule changes and assess the impact of delays, disruptions, and change orders.
- Support project forecasting, reporting, and executive-level schedule presentations.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain schedule accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and verify schedule status against field activities.
- Assist with schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Prepare schedule analyses to support project decision-making and project controls activities.
- Maintain schedule documentation and historical records.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate
