Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Project Management, or related fields
• 8+ years managing large-scale SCADA or industrial control system programs in oil & gas or heavy industry
• Experience managing Ignition SCADA deployments directly
• Experience managing AVEVA PI deployments directly
• Proven experience working with system integrators in complex delivery models
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and Purdue Model
• Demonstrated success in operational cutovers in live production environments
• Experience with budget management, forecasting, and cost control

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end execution of SCADA platform deployments
• Lead Ignition SCADA and AVEVA PI rollouts across multiple assets
• Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and executive reporting
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project scope and architecture
• Coordinate change management and stakeholder alignment
• Plan and execute cutover activities with operations teams
• Manage architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data migration and reporting activities
• Align project work with OT security standards and Purdue Model
