You27re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions.And you27re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
The work:
- Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
- Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
- Work in a team where you wear lots of hats interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams and where you may need to be in charge
- Run the workstream and/or project activities you27ve been given
- Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
- Interact with all workstreams technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
- Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients27 needs
- Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
- Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here27s what you need:
- Minimum 12 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum of 2full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
- Certified in SuccessFactors.
- Bachelor27s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate27s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
- You27ve got external consulting experience
- You27ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
- You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
