SAP CRM On-Prem Functional Lead Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 on-premises, particularly in the Service module. The candidate should have a good understanding of business processes, functional configuration, and implementation activities within SAP CRM. Key Responsibilities: • Lead functional activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise implementation projects. • Gather and analyze business requirements related to the SAP CRM Service module. • Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities to meet business requirements. • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants for required developments. • Work with business stakeholders to understand service processes and recommend suitable SAP CRM solutions. • Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Provide functional guidance to the project team and support end-to-end implementation activities. • Assist with issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise. • Hands-on functional experience in the SAP CRM Service module. • Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation. • Good understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities. • Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams. • Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they have previous hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transition back to it. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to independently handle functional requirements and lead project activities
