SAP Basis Lead

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration, specifically with S4HANA and related technologies.
• Proficient in managing SAP lifecycle events such as upgrades and migrations.
• Experience with SAP BTP Administration and cloud operations (Azure and GCP).
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA and S/4 HANA performance metrics.
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP BASIS for S4HANA, SAC, Data Sphere, and other platforms.
• Manage lifecycle events including upgrades, updates, and migrations.
• Oversee SAP BTP Administration and cloud workload management.
• Support operations in both SAP Private and Public Cloud environments.
• Conduct system performance benchmarking and testing.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation initiatives.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and escalation processes.
