Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of SAP BASIS and HANA administration experience
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and NetWeaver administration
• Strong background in handling SAP ECC, BW, and PI-PO systems
• Experience with SAP HANA backups and recovery processes
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) is preferred
• Knowledge in scripting languages like Shell, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible is a plus
• Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management practices

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SAP BASIS and HANA systems to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct system upgrades, including SAP Kernel and support packages
• Manage transport management and system refresh processes
• Implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases
• Monitor and tune SAP systems for peak performance
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes effectively in a production environment
• Collaborate with application teams to support SAP Solution Manager functions
