Role Overview:This role is for a Salesforce Technical Project Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs. The position demands a strong blend of Salesforce technical knowledge, project/program management expertise, effective stakeholder management, and robust delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs.
- Manage complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives.
- Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
- Apply strong risk, issue, dependency, financial, and resource management capabilities.
- Bridge communication effectively between business stakeholders and deeply technical teams.
Required Skills:- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven experience managing complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, or transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
- Strong experience with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, financial, and resource management capabilities.
- Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and deeply technical teams.
Qualifications:- 5-8 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience delivering Salesforce programs.
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical PM, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant Consultant/Architect certifications are preferred.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in banking, financial services, payments, or other highly regulated environments.
