Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Program Manager TPM to lead strategic Salesforce initiatives and enterprise transformation programs The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of program management Salesforce platform expertise stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills to drive successful project delivery across multiple business functions
The Salesforce TPM will oversee endtoend program execution manage crossfunctional teams coordinate with business and technical stakeholders and ensure scalable secure and highquality Salesforce solutions are delivered on time and within budget
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Lead largescale Salesforce implementation enhancement migration and transformation programs
Develop program roadmaps execution strategies governance models and delivery plans
Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce workstreams and projects
Ensure alignment of Salesforce initiatives with organizational business objectives
Technical Delivery Management
Partner with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to review solution designs and implementation approaches
Drive release planning sprint execution dependency management and production deployments
Oversee development testing integration and deployment activities
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices architecture standards and security guidelines
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between business executives product owners technical teams and external vendors
Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews
Communicate program progress risks issues and mitigation plans
Drive alignment across global crossfunctional teams
Risk Governance
Identify assess and mitigate program risks
Establish and maintain program governance KPIs and reporting structures
Manage scope budget resource allocation and change control processes
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Team Leadership
Lead distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams
Mentor Project Managers Scrum Masters Business Analysts and technical teams
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration innovation and continuous improvement
Vendor Management
Manage Salesforce consulting partners and thirdparty vendors
Review deliverables statements of work SOW and contractual commitments
Ensure vendor performance aligns with project and business goals
