Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead with software development experience, including hands-on Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce development technologies, Agentforce AI capabilities, integrations, platform architecture, and technical leadership. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce and Agentforce solutions while leading development teams, driving best practices, and collaborating with business and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Metadata API, and Salesforce DX.
- Architect and implement Agentforce solutions leveraging Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Agent Scripts, Topics, Actions, Data Cloud/Data 360 Grounding, Retrievers, and Trust Layer governance.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce application design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Develop and maintain scalable integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and middleware platforms.
- Define Salesforce architecture, data models, security controls, sharing rules, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure adherence to governor limits, coding standards, security best practices, and platform scalability requirements.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, Git-based version control, automated testing, and release management across multiple environments.
- Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior and senior developers.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout Agile development cycles, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and platform issues.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience. (overall 14 years required)
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience. (overall 14 years required)

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and release management.
- Experience leading development teams and managing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Additional Salesforce Architect Certifications are highly preferred

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
- Healthcare/Health Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
