Full Job Description
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.

About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Team Lead to guide a high-impact team in delivering scalable, reliable platform capabilities. Reporting to the Engineering Leader, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product stakeholders.

This is a people-management-first role. While a technical background in Salesforce is a significant advantage, your primary focus will be leadership, delivery management, and strategic stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Develop: Coach a team of Salesforce engineers and admins, fostering a culture of growth, autonomy, and high performance.
  • Drive Delivery: Act as a force multiplier by removing roadblocks, clarifying decision-making, and refining execution processes.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Partner with cross-functional leaders to align Salesforce investments with company-wide operating priorities.
  • Manage Execution: Oversee planning, estimation, and prioritization; balance "speed-to-market" with long-term architectural health and data quality.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure disciplined practices around design reviews, release readiness, and incident retrospectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the escalation point for complex integrations and end-to-end solutions spanning Salesforce and adjacent systems.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of formal people management experience with a proven track record of developing talent.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications (Salesforce ecosystem preferred) and managing complex integrations.
  • Expertise in project management-specifically scoping ambiguous work, managing dependencies, and adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leaders and influence decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • The ability to guide architectural discussions and technical direction without needing to be the primary "hands-on" developer.
  • Comfort incorporating AI-assisted development tools into day-to-day engineering workflows (coding, testing, debugging, or documentation)

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $116,000 to $160,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Our hybrid roles require in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule fosters collaboration, team connection, and strategic planning, enhancing communication and effectiveness to drive results.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance including mental health benefits
  • 401(k) matching plus a roth option (U.S. Based employees only)
  • PTO & paid holidays off
  • Sabbatical program (for eligible roles)
  • Summer hours (for eligible roles)
  • Paid parental leave
  • DEI groups (B.L.A.C.K. @ Enova, HOLA @ Enova, Women @ Enova, Pride @ Enova, South Asians @ Enova, APEX @ Enova, and Parents @ Enova)
  • Employee recognition and rewards program
  • Charitable matching and a paid volunteer day...Plus so much more!
