Expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and grounding AI agents securely using the Einstein Trust Layer.
Strong background in human-centered solution design, UX journey mapping, and rapid MVP prototyping (aligning with credentials like Salesforce Strategy Designer or UX Designer).
Deep understanding of enterprise event-driven architectures, Pub/Sub API, identity/SSO management, and Large Data Volume (LDV) governance across platforms like D365, Snowflake, and MuleSoft.
