HIKE2 is looking for a
Salesforce Omnistudio Solution Architect to join our growing Salesforce Practice. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, designing scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions that leverage
OmniStudio and the broader Salesforce platform. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into thoughtful technical architectures. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Design and implement solutions using OmniStudio tools, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and related technologies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical architectures.
- Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to define solution strategies.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture reviews.
- Develop solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and implementation standards.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration technologies.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and data integrity.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and consultants.
- Review proposed solutions and code to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform innovations, OmniStudio capabilities, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
- Contribute to internal Salesforce methodologies, reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical discovery, estimates, proposals, and client presentations when needed.
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Demonstrated expertise with:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Industry Cloud technologies
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and working across complex technical environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries/Industry Cloud is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Salesforce CertificationsOne or more of the following certifications is strongly preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect
- Salesforce Certified Industries-related credentials
- Salesforce OmniStudio-related credentials
The salary range for this position is: $150-$185k+/annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. This range is exclusive of any bonuses or commissions.
