Capgemini is seeking Salesforce Gov Cloud Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience leading large-scale CRM and digital transformation programs within highly regulated environments, including government, aerospace, defense, or FedRAMP-compliant implementations. Ideal candidate should be based in either one of the locations: Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA. Open to consider candidtaes from other locations.
Your role
• Acts as the primary client-facing leader responsible for governance, executive stakeholder management, scope, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and successful program delivery.
• Proven experience managing hybrid delivery models with onshore and offshore teams while ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud, Government Cloud Plus, and security-controlled environments involving CUI, ITAR, and other regulated data.
• Partners with client leadership, Salesforce, and delivery teams to align implementation strategy, roadmap, staffing, and business outcomes while ensuring quality and value realization.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440
