Capgemini is seeking fulltime Salesforce Engagement/Solution Lead at Dallas,TX location. This is a hybrid role and requires onsite work.
Your role
- The Salesforce Engagement Manager/Solution Lead is responsible for providing end-to-end solution leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem, overseeing multiple Solution Architects aligned to various towers.
- The Solution Lead acts as the primary solution authority for Salesforce initiatives and supports strategic roadmaps and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide direction and governance to Solution Architects to ensure consistent architectural standards and best practices
- This person will be responsible to have an overall solution pulse across the workstreams.

- Lead the overall Salesforce solution strategy across multiple business and technology towers.
- Support architecture review boards and design governance forums.
- Coordinate architectural decisions across multiple Salesforce domains and supporting platforms.
- Promote reuse of common components, accelerators, and design patterns.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI innovations, and industry solutions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401
