Responsibilities

  • Serves as a Functional lead for Salesforce Billing projects onsite at client locations.
  • Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Billing platform.
  • Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers.
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
  • Ability to lead or participate in technical integration discussions and design workshops.
  • Ability to optimize product configurations to match the clients billing requirements.
  • Provide guidance and best in class billing strategies to the client.

  • The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ ecosystem.
  • 2+ successful Salesforce Billing implementations.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its relationship to Salesforce Billing.
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Complete understanding of data models and product/pricing master data management.
  • Knowledge of the full billing cycle.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Salesforce CPQ certification will be a plus.
