Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in user management, security, automation, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce configuration while collaborating with business stakeholders to improve processes and ensure data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Custom Objects.
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
  • Implement automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
  • Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Support Salesforce releases, testing, deployments, and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, user guides, and system configurations.
